Let your glory fall on this place…

Let your glory fall on this place…

No time to write anything this week, so I’m just going to link to and post up some other things going on in our midst.  This past Saturday, after the prayer walk, we had a productive and fun Saturday workday at Northloop, doing everything from sound set up to eating 40 In ‘N’ Out burgers together to watching Baby Ryan and Lois together.

We also held our annual prayer walk in the morning, and I must have been babysitting last year, because I don’t remember forming that huge circle on the Memorial Glade together.  It was a moving sight to see all of us on that lawn, singing the words to “Father of Creation” and “Our God Reigns.”  And as I prayed for the UC Berkeley campus, I also prayed for UT Austin and all the outreach efforts going on there, where our Davis and Austin brothers and sisters are working together to bring the Gospel message there as well!

Father of creation unfold Your sovereign plan
Raise up a chosen generation that will march through the land
All of creation is longing for Your unveiling of power
Would you release Your anointing Oh God let this be the hour

Let your glory fall in this room
Let it go forth from here to the nations
Let your fragrance rest in this place
As we gather to seek your face

Ruler of the nations the world has yet to see
The full release of your promise the church in victory
Turn to us Lord and touch us make us strong in your might
Overcome our weakness that we could stand up and fight

Let your kingdom come (Let your kingdom come)
Let your will be done (let your will be done)
Let us see on earth (let us see on earth)
    The glory of your son
